To do today:

Wednesday, October 28th, 2009

Besides being sad that my lovely sister-in-law and adorable nieces and nephew are moving to Tennessee via Ohio on Friday, I have many things to do.  Which I shall list, because I haven’t done a list blog for a long time.

  1. Finish Kelsey’s costume. Got up at 6, finished by 6:30.
  2. Deliver Kelsey’s costume, which will have to be done before I
  3. Go to the other callback for “The Importance of Being Earnest” at the Hale in West Valley.  I auditioned on Saturday morning, got asked to come back on Monday night, got there on Monday to find out someone had told me the wrong night, but the director had me read for Miss Prism anyway.  Which I did, in two different ways.  The director talked to me after and said she definitely wants me to come back tonight at 6 to read for Gwendolyn.  I get off work at 6, but I’ve talked to my supervisor about leaving early and I’m leaving at 5:15.
  4. Related to 3:  Don’t hold my breath for this part, but do an incredible job at callbacks anyway.
  5. Related to 4:  Don’t be intimidated by girls who are younger and shorter and thinner than me, because I can do a darn good British accent and most of them probably can’t.
  6. Put in contacts.
  7. Put on makeup.
  8. Hope my hair isn’t stupid.
  9. Use my big curling iron in my floor’s bathroom without looking too weird if my hair IS stupid.
  10. Eat three meals on campus.
  11. Magically avoid traffic and bad weather so I can actually get to the callback within 15 minutes of it starting.
  12. Hope it doesn’t take three hours so I can
  13. Get in at least two hours of sewing on Anna’s costume before I finally
  14. Crash into bed at 11 and pray that nothing wakes me up until my alarm goes off at 5:30 and then
  15. Get up at 6 tomorrow and start all over again!

Should be a very full and exciting day.  Someone may need to remind me to eat and someone else may need to remind me that no matter what happens, I’ll be ok.

Thanks.
