Startling revelations.

Friday, August 27th, 2010

It’s been a while since I’ve blogged, apparently, and I am at work right now (bad employee!) enjoying some quiet time before the next peak of activity, so I can’t really blog extensively.

So here’s my blog for today:

I have recently realized that all adults are faking this whole “I know things because I’m an adult” thing.  Sure, we may know things because of our vast life experience, but a lot of what we do and know is based on the assumption that others won’t find out we’re essentially frauds who talk big.  I may be 35, but I’m insecure about something almost every day, and completely unsure of what to do with my life now that I’m all grown up.  I don’t have it figured out like I thought I would when I was a kid, and I doubt I ever will.

It’s good to know, though, that I’m in such great company.

It has been QUITE a weekend.
